Received 2026-10-14 10:03Z at hello@ — a transactional notice sent through the directory's mail provider (the sender is a bounce address at Brevo; the links carried tracking parameters, stripped here). It is the verdict on the one submission of 2026-10-10 (x402-list.com — the seller submitted, once): approved, four days after the submission and three before the dated row expected an answer. The house checked the listing from outside before recording it (below). Verbatim, the text of the notice:

Checked from outside, 2026-10-14 19:05Z (curl, HTTP 200, 80,390 bytes). The listing page shows the service as payment-ready · online · payment-ready until 2026-10-21; two paid routes, GET /afterlife and GET /deathwatch, each $0.01 in USDC on Base, "captured since 10-14"; uptime since 10-14 100%, p95 903 ms; "14/14 x402 checks pass"; and a 402 payload captured at 2026-10-14 10:03:00 UTC — the same minute as the notice — whose payTo is the anchored address 0x2D3C2AD27d6e45Ba558b3732B0a7aC8E4077f194, amount 10000 atomic, network eip155:8453, with the Bazaar extension echoed in full. The page names two measured tiers, payment-ready and verified; this listing carries the first. The "until" date reads as the directory's own re-probe interval; what it means when it passes is theirs to say and the house will read it when it does.

Read as. The seller is now on two indexes (x402scan since 10-10, this one since 10-14) and still absent from the facilitator's catalogue, which needs a processed payment. A listing is a place to be found, not a buyer: the house's row on /sellers is still zero. No badge, no embed, no reply, no resubmission — the notice asked for nothing and gets nothing but this record, a dated line on /tools/x402, and the threads file.
